Privacy policy
We keep this simple: we only hold what we need to run your safari.
What we collect
When you send a booking request we receive the details you typed into the calculator: your name, email address, phone number, country, preferred date, hotel or pickup point and any notes. This website has no account system and no advertising cookies.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies and records things like the pages you view, your approximate location, device and browser. It does not receive your booking details. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy, and you can block it with your browser's privacy settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
How it reaches us
Pressing WhatsApp or email opens that app with the message ready, and you choose whether to send it. If you pay online, your booking details go to our server and the payment is handled by PayPal; we never see or store your card details. WhatsApp and PayPal handle your data under their own terms.
What we do with it
We use your details to confirm the safari, arrange the jeep and driver, buy park tickets where your package includes them, and contact you if anything changes. We do not sell or share your details with anyone except the driver who collects you.
How long we keep it
Booking messages stay in our WhatsApp and email accounts as our record of the trip. Write to info@leopardyalasafari.com at any time and we will delete them.
